Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

A: Generally processing times are within 3 -5 business days* (not including holidays) although currently processing times may vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders that may impact the business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

After your order processes, we will notify you when your order ships or if there are any issues with fulfilling your order.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together.

Q: What method is used for shipping?

A: All packages are shipped via USPS.

 

Q: I contacted your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

A: We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.

 

Q: Do you offer returns?

A: All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note that Skyla Reign has the right to refuse all returns. 

 

Q: I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

A: All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Skyla Reign.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 

Q: I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

A: Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 48 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 48 hours, please contact us.

 

Q: Can I change my order once I've placed it?'
A: No, once you place an order it is final.
